  • Most of the products on HandsomelyMan.com are eligible for either a 5-day or 14-day return / refund, but no exchanges. However, where indicated, some items are final sales and not eligible for a return, refund, or exchange. There are no exchanges for any of the products on HandsomelyMan.com. It is each customer's responsibility to read the return, exchange, and refund policy posted on the product page of each item before purchasing on HandsomelyMan.com.

5-DAY RETURN POLICY: DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE GOODS

  • HandsomelyMan.com follows a 5-day return policy for damaged or defective goods. This means the item must be returned within 5-days from the time the customer receives the item. The customer is responsible for the full return of the item, including, but not limited to, returning the damaged or defective goods and the cost to ship the return.

  1. Submit a return/refund request within 5-days of receiving the damaged or defective goods by sending an email to info@handsomelyman.com.

  2. We’ll send you an email back with the return address to send the product back.

  3. You cover the cost to return the defective or damaged product(s) within 5-days of receiving the goods.

  4. We’ll inform you once the defective or damaged product(s) arrives back and issue a refund.

14-DAY RETURN

14-DAY RETURN POLICY: UNDAMAGED/UNWORN/UNUSED WITH TAGS STILL ATTACHED/UNOPENED GOODS

  • HandsomelyMan.com follows a 14-day return policy for undamaged/unworn/unused with tags still attached/unopened goods. This means the item must be returned within 14 days from the time the customer receives their order. The customer is responsible for the full return of the item, including, but not limited to, returning the goods undamaged/unworn/unused with tags still attached/unopened condition and the cost to ship the return.
